HOW CAN I PURCHASE?

Oemas can be purchased online right here at the small-stock shop. From time to time new collections are uploaded and you can hear the news subscribing to the mail list and following along on Instagram. Oemas can also be purchased in person at one of the stockists.

HOW DOES MADE-TO-ORDER PURCHASES WORK?

Please note that the slow pace of the ceramic process is respected so the production takes 4-6 weeks. Each piece will follow the design you see in picture and will be carefully and individually handcrafted from start to finish so it could have slight dimension and finish variations. After your order is processed you will be notified via email once your piece is in production and you will be kept updated during the process.

I LIVE IN BARCELONA, DO I HAVE TO PAY A SHIPPING COST?

If you are based in Barcelona and would like to be responsible for the pick up in Poblenou, please choose the Free Pick Up shipping option at checkout. You won’t be charged with any shipping costs and will shortly be contacted via email to schedule the pick up.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF EU, WILL I HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

Please note that your order will be shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Overseas orders should have additional charges applied before the collect. Additional charges are calculated accordingly to the orders’ values and are of the customers responsibility.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order is shipped. Shipping usually takes up to 5 business days and should take longer overseas.

CAN MY CERAMICS BE USED WITH DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE?

All pieces are food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand-washing is always encouraged and guarantees a longer life as sudden temperature changes could cause early stress to the ceramics.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Oema is a small business and at the moment all sales are final. Each order is carefully packed, if by no luck a piece arrives damaged from the transportation, please send an email to hi@oemaceramics.com with a photo of the piece and package within 24 hours once the order is received and your order will be refunded.
